Membership to the Foundation is open to all Oregon lawyers who pay the membership fee of $15 or more. The membership fee can be paid on the Oregon State Bar Membership Dues Statement. The Foundation’s primary source of revenue is interest from IOLTA accounts received from financial institutions.
